All eco-friendly, pet-safe cleaning products and equipment are provided by us.
Day to day, this role is about performing residential cleans — standard recurring visits, occasional deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans for clients who are transitioning homes. You'd work across a consistent set of clients in the northwest suburbs, using eco-friendly products we provide.
This is not a rush-and-move-on kind of job. Our clients book us because they want things done right, and we deliver that. You'd follow a cleaning checklist for each home, respect client preferences, and communicate clearly if anything comes up.
You show up when you say you will. Clients count on consistency — it's the most important thing in this business.
You notice things others miss. You're not satisfied until the job is actually done, not just finished.
Many of our clients have dogs and cats. You need to be comfortable working around animals in the home.
You'll drive to client homes across the northwest suburbs. Reliable transportation is required.
No prior cleaning experience required. We train. What we can't train is character. If you're reliable, careful, and take pride in your work, we'll teach you everything else.
